Hey! What up?

Let's see...what to tell you...I've been around here for about 11 years. Radio is a pretty awesome job especially since I get to go to a lot of concerts and get to check out new music before most people.

I have a pretty rad family. My niece, Katie, is 5 and the smartest kindergartner I know (I might be biased). My nephew, Tommy, is 3 and very ornery...that might be why we get along so well. They are my most favorite people on the planet! I could bore you to death with hours of stories about them...but I'll save those for the peeps I work with. They enjoy the endless stories....really they do...

I have recently finished a 10 week boot camp at Farrell's Extreme Body Shaping. It is absolutely the best workout I have ever done! You work out 6 days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday you do kickboxing and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday you do upper and lower body resistance band training. I have now moved on the FIT class which is basically the same as the 10 week session but you aren't working to win $1000! Check out the Farrell's website or you can call Tammie at 421-2392 to get signed up for the next session! Starting Farrell's was probably the best thing I've ever done for myself!


Now it's time for the High Fidelity top 5 lists (if you haven't seen the movie or read the book I seriously suggest you do). I have more than 5 on each list, but who cares...
