Jill

Jill in a nutshell - I've been around here for 14 years. Radio is a pretty awesome job especially since I get to go to a lot of concerts and get to check out new music before most people. The other great thing about being here is the Blaze staff (past and present) is one big family. No matter what changes take place we are a family.

Outside of radio, the 4 most important peeps in my world are my niece and nephews! Katie is 8, Tommy is 6, Grant is 2 1/2 and my youngest nephew, Oliver, is 2! I try to hang out with Katie, Tommy and Grant as much as possible and spoil them as much as I can. I'm an Aunt! It's my job! Hopefully I'll get to see my long distance nephew again soon so I can spoil him in person! I will be getting married in June, so I'm super excited for Leah (19), Aaron (17) and Dorian (17) to also be my niece and nephews.

I am a big sports nut! I am a HUGE Atlanta Braves fan! I've had big dreams of marrying Chipper Jones since he came up to the big leagues in '94. I can't wait to see him go into the Hall of Fame now that he's retired. My other baseball team is the Kansas City Royals. We used to go to games all the time when I was a kid, so of course, George Brett is my other all time favorite baseball player. I also love everything Huskers. Football season might just be my favorite time of year. I'm a total bandwagon Detroit Lions fan too. Gotta love me some Ndomukong Suh!

I've been working with the guys over at Max Muscle for a couple years to help me with weight loss and nutrition. Everyone there is a Certified Nutritionist and can answer just about any question I throw at them. I specifically work with Steve, who is awesome! Give the guys at Max Muscle a call for your health and fitness questions at 421-4MAX or stop by the store just south of 27th & Pine Lake Road. You can also check them out at maxmusclenebraska.com.
