Well, I've been around here for 13 years. Radio is a pretty awesome job especially since I get to go to a lot of concerts and get to check out new music before most people. The other great thing about being here is the Blaze staff (past and present) are one big family. No matter what changes take place we are a family.
Outside of radio, the 4 most important peeps in my world are my niece and nephews! Katie is 8, Tommy is 6, Grant is 2 and my youngest nephew, Oliver, is 1 year old! I try to hang out with Katie, Tommy and Grant as much as possible and spoil them as much as I can. I'm an Aunt! It's my job! Hopefully I'll get to see my long distance nephew again soon so I can spoil him in person! I will be getting married next year so I'm super excited to for Leah (18), Aaron (16) and Dorian (16) to also be my niece and nephews.
I have been working out for 2 years at Farrell's Extreme Body Shaping! It is absolutely the best workout I have ever done! You work out 6 days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday you do kickboxing and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday you do upper and lower body resistance band training. Starting Farrell's was probably the best thing I've ever done for myself!
I've also been working with the guys over at Max Muscle. Everyone there is a Certified Nutritionist and can answer just about any question I throw at them.
