104-1 the Blaze presents the 13th Annual Barstool Open.
Saturday, February 25, 2012 (noon shotgun start).
Put together your four player team and sign up below.
Registration is available online only, and you must sign up as a team.
Registration closes at 9:00am on February 19th.
You must fully complete the registration process to be signed up (both registration form and Paypal.) Payment through Paypal must be made at the time the registration form is submitted! Registration forms without payment through Paypal will be disregarded.
Each team will start at their first bar of choice. (If your first choice is sold out, you will be contacted with an alternate starting location.)
Putters and balls will be provided and available at each hole. (Please do not bring putters.)
Each hole has a 3 stroke limit per person.
Each player receives a Barstool Open T-Shirt, a round of miniature golf and food throughout the course.
Substitutions are allowed if a golfer cannot attend after being signed up. However we can not exchange shirt sizes after you have registered so order a larger size if you are unsure.
No refunds are available after payment is made if your team cannot attend.

Haymarket course- DOC'S PLACE, N-ZONE, OLD CHICAGO, STARLITE LOUNGE, PIES AND PINTS, TAVERN ON THE SQUARE
Brother's will not be part of the course, but will be providing snacks to golfers and is sponsoring the Safe Ride Home. Each participating bar will have Safe Ride Home information and the phone number to set up a ride home.
Registration: $160.00 per team of 4 ($130 of which is tax deductible).
